Hey everyone! I hope you all had an awesome week. Over the weekend I will be getting organized and making sure I have everything I need to be success for my month long journey with Personal Trainer Food. My food arrived a couple weeks ago, but I was very sick. I didn’t even have a voice it was awful. My husband is still a little sick, but he is getting better everyday. I am happy to report that I am back to myself. Henry my 3 year old is sick as well. It all started with my 5 year old Adam. I really think it came from his school, so we have been pretty miserable for over a month. With that almost behind us I am ready to give 100% to Personal Trainer Food.
What is Personal Trainer Food?
Personal Trainer Food offers great tasting food high in protein, good carbs and healthy fats with no heavily processed food products. Our food is cooked and flash frozen to preserve freshness and flavor. No fillers, hidden sugars, or bad carbs, and low or no gluten.
Most of you know by now that I have been doing Keto. I haven’t been weighing myself this time around because I have learned that the scale cannot be completely accurate when it comes to losing weight and I am going by how my clothes feel. I do step on the scale from time to time, but I don’t obsess about it. I have noticed since I started Keto that my face has gotten smaller, and pants fall off and there hasn’t been a big drop on the scale, but I have lost a lot of inches. I choose to review Personal Trainer Food because they have a lot of the same values as the Ketogentic Diet and they make it more convenient for me to be successful.
When I ordered the food I didn’t order very many multiples as I want to be able to review everything that is on the menu with my readers. So if you have a question about a particular item I will be able to answer you when it comes to taste, etc.
How does the Personal Trainer Food diet work?
(I am doing the You Choose plan)
Here is a screen shot of some of their delicious options.
They do advise to do a fast before starting, but it is not required. Since I have been on Keto for over a month and I don’t see myself addicted to sugar anymore I am skipping the fast.
Here is how I am planning my first day:
Personal Trainer Food Egg and Cheese Omlet with Bacon
(Take a 20 minute walk) This will be easy because I have to walk my son to school and it takes 20 minutes to walk there and back.
Buffalo Chicken Sticks, veggies and garlic butter.
Peppered Chicken and a veggies with garlic butter.
(I am not saying I will eat all of these, but these are my choices. See the guidelines below)
Here are the guidelines I have to follow:
So now that you have seen the guidelines I will talk to you about what I feel will be easy for me and what may be hard.
Things that will be easy:
Unlimited Leafy Greens
20 min walks
Non starchy veggies are unlimited
Butter and oil are unlimited
Heating up the food quickly
Grabbing the snacks they sent are easy
Things that may be hard:
I don’t use artificial sweeteners and these are allowed and may be in the food.
I like to use heavy creamer in my coffee and only Non-dairy powdered creamer is allowed.
Almond milk is not allowed. I drink this often in low carb smoothies or just as a beverage.
Aside from the hard stuff I think it will be easy. I feel that it is only month and I am going to give it my all. I have seen the results that others have gotten so they obviously know what they are doing! Here is my before picture taken just a couple days ago.
I will be starting September 25th and wrapping it up on October 22nd. Throughout my journey you will find me posting on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and making a few videos for youtube including a day in the life of Personal Trainer Food on youtube. That will probably be up in early October, so be sure to look for that.
I received a month supply from Personal Trainer Food at no charge in exchange for sharing my thoughts and opinions on their program with my followers. All of my opinions are my own.
