2016 was pretty awesome weight loss wise, but I am really excited for what 2017 has in store for me. For Christmas I asked my husband to only get me things that would help me with my weight loss and I made a wish list to give him a little help. I will be blogging a lot less in 2017 and focusing all of my energy on my weight loss journey. 2017 will be the year I meet my goal and I am super excited that you are all following my journey because it keeps my motivated. My current weight is 194.4 and I have 69.40 more pounds to go!

Ya’ll are going to probably laugh at me for the next one, but it is something I have been wanting to try for years. Belly fat seems to run in my family. It is where every family member that is overweight in my family carries most of their weight, and it is so frustrating. Nutrisystem is teaching me to eat healthy and make the right choices, but I also want to tone my body as I lose weight so my skin can have a chance to catch up, so I am hoping to not have a ton of loose skin at the end of my journey.
The Slendertone Abs3 Toning Belt.
Easily make delicious vegetable spaghetti, stir fry, julienne and more! I am really super excited about this one! I am going to test it out tomorrow!

I love eating eggs as powerfuels and this seemed like a lot of fun!
I am really excited to have gotten all things to motivate my weight loss. Next week, I will be sharing an updated before and after picture. So the question is: How did I do during the holidays? Well last year I gained about 7 pounds during the holidays, and I did really horrible. This year I did make a couple of small mistakes, but I lost 0.6 pounds during the last two weeks of December, so I am very proud of myself. I had some family come down for the holidays, and it was a little overwhelming having some holidays treats in the house. I felt like it slowly broke me down, and then I caved with a bite of this here and a bite of this there. I did make good decisions as well though. I didn’t flex my meals too much during the holidays. I had Nutrisystem breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I was finding myself skipping my powerfuels, smart carbs and dessert for pumpkin pie or other indulgences.
Now it is December 31st, and although I am excited to start a new year, we don’t really do New Years Eve’s parties at my house so for me, the holidays are over. My next order of Nutrisystem will be an unboxing video on youtube. I will be coming back to youtube a little since I will be only focusing mainly on my weight loss this year on my blog. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday, and I hope Santa brought you whatever was on your wish list! I really love My Nutrisystem eating out guide I keep it in the car, so I always have it with me. I recently tried Subways Teriyaki with Spinach, and it was so awesome I want it again!
See ya next week!!
