So this is Henry’s 2nd Halloween. The first year he was a little Tiger and didn’t put up much of a fuss. This year he was pretty upset with me when I attempted to put on his Dragon costume. I am pretty sure on Halloween, he will let me have my way. I will just say, “Let go get some candy.” I am hoping it will go that smooth, but you never know with toddlers. Adam, on the other hand, loves his pirate costume and has asked to wear it daily since it arrived.
I asked my husband if he could take some pictures for me while I tried to attempt to get Henry in a better mood by chasing and tickling him around the yard. He ended up taking off his dragon glove and throwing himself into a full tantrum on the grass. Then I hear my husband laughing hysterically. I am like thinking to myself what the heck is going on. Then he shows me the picture below.
So this just happened and I can’t stop laughing at the picture. Pirate Adam slayed Henry the dragon. Although in real-life Henry was throwing a tantrum, it actually looked like Adam had slayed the dragon. We have been laughing daily at this picture.
Moments later, Henry got his way, and we took off the costume. That is when Adam asked if he could be a pirate dragon and wear it over his costume. Haha. Sure why not! We did manage to get two pictures of Henry in the costume before hell broke loose.
Adam on the other hand rocked his pirate costume and had a great day!
