So I have heard about people creating lists to reward themselves when they meet their goals during weight loss, so I have decided to do the same thing. When I started Nutrisystem on July 5th, 2016, I was 221 pounds. I am now 202.8 pounds.
221 Starting weight. (July 5th)
211 Get new workout bras. (Completed August 3rd)
201 Get a new bed set. (Almost there) (Estimated completion October 5th)
191 Get a mani-pedi and eye brows done. (Estimated completion November 9th 2016)
181 Get a hair cut. (Estimated completion December 14th 2016)
171 New purse and wallet. (Estimated completion January 18th 2017)
161 New shoes. (Estimated completion February 22nd 2017)
151 Get a new phone. (Estimated completion March 29th 2017)
141 Plan a trip to a water park! (Estimated completion May 3rd 2017)
131 Update my wardrobe (Estimated completion June 7th 2017)
125 GOAL Pick out my wedding dress for my wedding renewal in 2021. Get professional family photos done. (Estimated completion June 28th 2017)
(Estimates were done at a 2-pound weight loss a week just as a motivating tool. I understand completion dates my change.)
I know with Nutrisystem by my side I will get there in no time!
(Nutrisystem Roasted Turkey Medallions dinner. One of my favorites.
Slow-roasted, tender turkey topped with savory turkey gravy is paired with a side of creamy mashed potatoes, for a simply satisfying comfort food dish with a sophisticated twist. -Nutrisystem
I like to have it with a serving of organic cranberry sauce as a smart carb. Although after about 3 cans of cranberry sauce over the past month I kinda need a break from that as a side. Maybe some corn on the cob next time. Yum!
I need ideas for future posts! Anything you want to know about Nutrisystem or me? Let me know and it could end up being a future post! I am trying to work my way into making videos, but with two very active toddlers it hasn’t been easy to record in a quiet environment, but it is something I really want to do! Next post will definitely include a new before and after a picture, so stay tuned!
See ya next week!
