I don’t know about you, but when guests come over to my house, I always make sure that I have plenty of coffee. There is nothing better than a fresh hot cup of coffee with friends and family on a cold winter’s day. It seems like every year I have a new coffee for my family to try. This year they will be trying Dancing Moon Coffee. They sent me a huge bag full of fresh coffee beans, and it was hard to take my head out of the bag. It smells so good!!
I love that Dancing Moon Coffee is a fair-trade company, organic, and that they donate 5% of their sales to the Semper Fi Fund benefiting injured Marines and their families. So when you are enjoying a hot cup of coffee with your loved one’s you are also helping out someone else’s family. I’ll drink to that! You can buy Dancing Moon Coffee on Amazon.
I love my Krups Coffee Grinder. It is crazy fast and a lot quieter then the grinder attachment that I was using with my Bella Blender. So it is my new must have in my kitchen!
- Electric grinder with 200-watt motor provides fast grinding
- Large grinding capacity yields up to 12 cups of coffee
- Oval design and stainless steel blades ensure uniform grinding
- Versatile unit grinds spices, nuts, and grains
- Lid activated safety switch; 200 watts; 2 year worldwide warranty

As you know, by now I LOVE to entertain my guests with coffee. Sometimes I even like to get extra fancy. During those times, I turn to Torani Syrups. They make the most delicious syrups you will ever find, and you can make the most incredible coffee drinks at home. I tried one using Dancing Moon Coffee, and it came out spectacular. Here is the recipe below:
- 2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) Torani Salted Chocolate Caramel Sauce
- 1 cup (8oz) milk
- 2 shots espresso*
Instructions:Steam milk and Torani together. Pour over espresso and add a thin layer of foam on top. *No espresso? Use 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee.
Note: I have no clue how to make espresso…It is my next goal in life, but I did make a stronger coffee using Dancing Moon Coffee. To me it tasted like Chocolate Coffee Milk. It was pretty tasty!
If for whatever reason you have a guest that doesn’t like coffee. You can try the Torani Syrup with Sparkling Apple Cider. It is so good and I felt so fancy drinking out of my champagne glass.
