Man these products are no joke! I had a lot of fun creating recipes with these babies, and I can’t wait to share them with you all! Let’s start with the Greek Avocado Oil!
The plan was to use Tortilla Land Tortillas, feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes and the Primal Kitchen Greek Avocado Oil to marinade the chicken, but my tomato went bad, so we improvised! If you do make this, though I suggest adding a tomato!
Even my kiddos were running in and stealing the chicken while I prepared the steak for the quesadillas! For the steak quesadillas I got boneless ribeye and sliced it into pieces, and then I marinated it with Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil and steak seasoning.
They were so good with some yummy Mexican cheese and none of my boys (hubby included) like avocado. They didn’t have a clue I made it with avocado oil!
Moving on to the Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo! I decided that I would make my famous Salmon Patties with this. I use a little mayo in mine so thought I would sub it out for this and cook it in some avocado oil, and the result was…amazing!
2 cans Wild Pink Salmon (I used Wild Planet)
1/2 TBSP Minced Onion
Just enough Primal Avocado Oil to cover bottom of pan
2 TBSP Primal Avocado Mayo
3/4 Panko (if you can’t form into patties easily add a little more bread crumbs)
1/2 TBSP Dill
1/8 cup yellow diced yellow onion
1 clove garlic minced
Mix everything together in a bowl except the olive oil! Once it is all mixed form into patties.
Put just enough avocado oil in your pan so that it just covers the bottom. Once the oil is hot start putting your patties in the pan. Cook each side for about 5 minutes. When one side is browned then you know it is ready to be flipped, so if 5 minutes is too much or too little that is something you could watch out for. Once the patties are fully cook plate it and serve with your choice of sides!
I wasn’t quite sure what to do with the Primal Honey Mustard aside from a salad, so I took to Pinterest. I found a yummy suggestion of a sunny side up egg in an avocado with the Primal dressing. It was delish!
For the Primal Ranch I decided to use it for fries. After all it has always been one of my favorite ways to eat fries and it was much healthier this way.
Last, but not least was Primal’s Chipolte Lime Mayo! I used this to make a delicious tuna sandwich!
This was my first time trying Primal Kitchen and I have already placed and order for the ranch and avocado oils through Thrive Market. Primal Kitchen is now a staple in our house and it might be in yours very soon! Check out these products and so much more at Primal Markets Website!
When I was sent Pure Synergy Organics Veggie Powers from The Synergy Company, I didn’t know what to expect, but they went above and beyond my expectations. I mean there is so much you can do with a veggie in powder form. I can even sneak it into my toddler’s food without them even knowing! Score!
Tomato is technically a fruit right? I always get confused with that one.
The first ones I tried were the Kale and the Carrot, and I made a delicious smoothie!
It was about 2 cups spinach, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup blueberries and half a cup of strawberries, 1 banana and 1 tsp of carrot and kale powder.
The powders look so beautiful sitting on top!
Then when it was done it looked pretty gross, but it was so tasty even Henry was chugging it down!
I sprinkled it with a little of Trader Joe’s super seed ancient grain blend and I chucked it down! I was able to drink two of these cups and my body felt amazing pretty much immediately. It is pretty incredible how the body reacts to certain foods. It is almost like it is telling you, “GIVE ME MORE OF THIS!” I know when I eat crappy food I feel like crap, but when I put nutritional deliciousness into my body, I feel it!
For the Wheat Grass, I decided to do it the way that I am used to at Jamba Juice. A shot of Wheat Grass with a few orange slices. It felt great first thing in the morning.
Then it was time for the Beet Powder. I am not a fan of beets. I mean I can eat force myself to eat them, but I don’t enjoy them. My husband, on the other hand, loves them. So I decided to mix it with water as it was suggested on the bottle.. This is strangely the only way I can eat beets. I can’t eat fresh beets and enjoy them, but whenever they are in a juice form, it doesn’t bug me. I figured that out a few years ago when I put some in my juicer.
Last, but not least was the tomato powder. I decided to get a little fancy with this one and make a Tomato grilled cheese. I mean I love dipping my grilled cheese in tomato soup, so why not? It was AMAZING!! Totally doing this every time! You can also mix it in salsa or spaghetti sauce. There are so many possibilities!

All Winter long I have felt pretty lazy and sluggish. Even after having a few cups of coffee it doesn’t seem to make me very energetic. I was really surprised that once I started drinking the Organic Honest Tea Peach Ginger that I was feeling motivated to take my kids outside for walks. As long as it was 35 degrees or above we started going out for a walk around the neighborhood to help me meet my Fitbit goals! My kids had fun too!
What I love about Organic Honest Tea Peach Ginger is that the ingredients are amazing and 0 calories! So it tastes delicious and doesn’t make me go over my calorie goal. I am never one to drink my calories aside from coffee, so it was a nice break from having water. I have also been trying to minimize my coffee drinking so I could save my calories from coffee creamer for something else and I think I have finally found it! I have tried a few natural energy drinks and nothing has made me feel as energetic and motivated as this has.
I have about 60 pounds more to go on my weight loss journey and I feel like with this I will finally be able to reach my goals! When I was asked to try this and share it with my readers I had no idea that I would be talking about the energy that it gave me. Although THIS IS NOT an energy drink it does seem to really help me in that area. The caffiene in one 71 mg bottle is about 1/3 the caffiene of a 16.9 fl. oz. brewed coffee. I don’t know if I am just sensitive, but it made a difference for me. I thought I would be talking more about whether or not it tasted good, so this was a complete surprise for me!
Here is a little bit more information about this new delicious new tea!
